Delivery:

All orders will be confirmed via email and will ONLY be sent out for delivery after payment has been received in full for the order. Karoo Blush does not take responsibility for possible damage sustained while the order was in the care of the courier company. 

Returns and Refunds:

As a rule, we do not offer returns or exchanges, due to the nature of our products. However, should there be a valid complaint or reason and after investigation of such issue by Karoo Blush, we might accept a return if unopened and in the original packaging and condition it was received in. 

Order Cancellation Policy:

The client has a 12 hour cancellation period from the time the order was received. Should the order be cancelled after that, no refund will be processed. If the package has left for delivery, no refund will be processed.  No refunds or returns on CUSTOM non standard products ordered.

Payment methods accepted by Karoo Blush:

We accept EFT payments, GEO payments or cash.  

Security and safety:

Karooblush.co.za does not store the personal information of clients. We will only ask your address for delivery purposes and not share it with anyone other than the courier company for delivery.
