Currently you are able to either email/ whatsapp  us with the items you would like and we will courier it via Pudo (Courier Guy lockers) or you are welcome to pick up from Pringle Bay. 

We accept EFT’s or cash in case of pick up. However, we also do GEO payments and if you have another suggestion, we like new ideas!

Delivery within SA via Pudo locker system (depending on box size) is between R60 – R120 per delivery through The Courier Guy Pudo lockers. For international orders, please email nadia@karooblush.co.za

Currently we do sales mostly through the website. However – we are growing and we will be adding a list of stores shortly.

We pack orders swiftly our side, and usually ship within 24-48 hours our side. Depending your location, delivery is usually between 2-5 business days to the Pudo Locker you selected. 

Yes for sure! Just email/whatsapp us what you need and we can email you the voucher as soon as payment is received.

Our products are handmade and thus, slight differences may occur. 

No problem. Just send us an email/whatsapp us with the fragrance combination / product you ordered before and we can hook you up with a fresh batch of your favorite products. (Subject to ingredient availability). We also do custom products on request. Just email us and let’s see what we can do for you. 

As a rule, no. This is because of the type of products we have. However, if returned with a valid reason in the same condition as received, in the original packaging, yes. Please note: return courier costs will be for the client’s account.
