Simply put – handmade products can differ in color, texture and sometimes even shape. We make each batch from the freshest ingredients we can source and with a little added love, it might have slight variations from batch to batch. However, our quality standard will always be high.

For example, if you compare our YOU Fragrance Free Goat’s Milk Soap with, say, our Moon Mint Goat’s Milk soap, the YOU soap will have an almost moon texture on one side, as we add a tad bit more coconut oil to the base of the YOU soap.

Other variations can occur due to how you cure your soap or if you maybe use a different supplier, if you use fresh ingredients versus dried or factory produced ingredients – all of these factors into the product you create. We do tend to aim for consistency and go for more natural and simplistic ingredients and ensure our customers we aim to use only the most beautifully fragranced, freshest and finest ingredients for our products. However, like we said in our ABOUT, we like being a little ‘rough around the edges’. 😉
